Best tour guide ever! Skip-the-line was worth every penny
Our guide Linda was incredibly knowledgeable about Qin Dynasty history. We arrived at 9:30 AM and walked straight past the massive ticket line - easily saved us 90 minutes. The farm lunch was the highlight - Mrs. Wang's hand-pulled noodles were better than any restaurant. My kids (ages 8 and 11) were fascinated by the warrior stories and loved playing with the farmer's chickens during lunch. Highly recommend!

The farm lunch made this tour unforgettable
I've been to many UNESCO sites, but this was special because of the authentic farm experience. The terracotta warriors were impressive (our guide explained things the audio guide never mentioned), but sitting in that rural courtyard eating homemade food with the family was genuinely moving. They showed us their persimmon orchard and gave us fresh fruit to take back. This is what travel should be about.

Perfecto! Our guide spoke excellent Spanish
We requested a Spanish-speaking guide and got Carlos, who was born in Xi'an but studied in Madrid. He made the history come alive with stories about Emperor Qin's obsession with immortality. The skip-the-line access was crucial - we saw tour groups waiting 2+ hours in the sun. The farm lunch was delicious and the family was so welcoming despite the language barrier. 100% recommend for Spanish speakers!

Great tour, but arrive early to avoid crowds
The terracotta warriors are absolutely stunning - photos don't do them justice. Our guide was excellent and the farm lunch was a unique experience. Only minor complaint: even with skip-the-line tickets, Pit 1 was packed by 11 AM (we visited during Golden Week). I'd recommend starting at 8:30 AM if possible. Otherwise, a fantastic day trip from Xi'an.
