I had an 8-hour layover in Beijing and decided to book a layover tour. Best decision ever! My guide picked me up at the airport, and within hours I was standing on the Great Wall. The efficiency was impressive - not a minute wasted. Made it back to the airport with time to spare. If you have a long layover, don't waste it at the airport!

Traveling with two kids (ages 8 and 12) can be challenging, but BetterChinaTrip made it easy. They arranged activities that kept our children engaged - from making dumplings to visiting the pandas in Chengdu. The private vehicle was a lifesaver with kids. Our guides were patient and wonderful with the children. A truly memorable family vacation!

I wanted to explore beyond the typical tourist destinations, and BetterChinaTrip delivered. The Silk Road itinerary through Xi'an, Dunhuang, and Kashgar was extraordinary. Seeing the Mogao Caves and experiencing the Uyghur culture in Kashgar was life-changing. Ren's local connections made experiences possible that I couldn't have arranged on my own.

The Li River cruise was like floating through a Chinese painting. Our guide spoke excellent Portuguese, which made everything so much easier. The bamboo rafting in Yangshuo and cycling through the countryside were highlights. BetterChinaTrip arranged everything perfectly, and the small group size meant we could go at our own pace.

After years of wanting to cruise the Yangtze, we finally did it with BetterChinaTrip. They arranged our pre and post cruise stays in Chongqing and Yichang, plus the cruise itself. The Three Gorges were spectacular, and having a private guide at each shore excursion made the experience so much richer. Excellent value for money.
