Full refund minus any non-refundable deposits (e.g., special event tickets, peak-season hotel deposits). Administrative fee of $50 USD may apply.
70% refund of the total tour cost. Non-refundable items (flights, special bookings) will be deducted.
50% refund of the total tour cost. By this time, many arrangements have been confirmed and deposits paid.
No refund available. However, we may be able to reschedule your trip (subject to availability and any price differences).

Date Changes: If you need to change your travel dates, we'll do our best to accommodate your request. Changes made more than 30 days before departure are usually free of charge (subject to availability). Changes within 30 days may incur fees based on supplier policies.
Itinerary Adjustments: Minor itinerary adjustments can often be made during your trip at no extra cost. Significant changes may require rebooking and could affect pricing.
Traveler Substitution: If a traveler in your group needs to be replaced, we can usually transfer the booking to another person for a small administrative fee, provided the change is made at least 14 days before departure.
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that includes trip cancellation/interruption coverage, medical coverage, and emergency evacuation. This protects your investment and provides peace of mind.
Travel insurance should be purchased at the time of booking to ensure coverage for pre-existing conditions and early cancellation scenarios. We can recommend reputable travel insurance providers upon request.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be returned to the original payment method. International bank transfers may take additional time depending on your bank.
