Spiritual Journey to the Roof of the World
Tibet exceeded all my expectations. The Potala Palace, the monasteries, the prayer flags against the blue sky - everything was deeply moving. Seeing Mount Everest from the base camp was a dream come true. The Tibetan people were so warm and welcoming.
Breathtaking in Every Sense
The altitude was challenging (literally breathtaking!) but the views and experiences were worth it. The team handled the acclimatization perfectly. The Yamdrok Lake was the most beautiful turquoise color. The monastery visits were peaceful and enlightening.
A Place Like No Other
Tibet is truly unique - the landscape, the culture, the spirituality. Our guide Tenzin was born in Tibet and his insights made the experience so much richer. The sunrise over the Himalayas from Everest Base Camp was the most beautiful thing I've ever seen.
