A Historian's Dream
As a history professor, I was impressed by the depth of this tour. From the ancient capitals of Beijing and Xi'an to the preserved towns of Pingyao and Luoyang, we explored 5,000 years of Chinese history. The guides were incredibly knowledgeable about the historical context.
UNESCO Sites Galore
This tour is perfect for history lovers. We visited so many UNESCO World Heritage sites - the Forbidden City, the Great Wall, the Terracotta Warriors, the Yungang Grottoes, and more. Pingyao ancient town was like stepping back in time. The traditional courtyard hotel there was charming.
Fascinating Historical Journey
An excellent tour for those interested in Chinese history and archaeology. The Longmen Grottoes and Yungang Grottoes were highlights. The only minor issue was that some sites were quite crowded, but our guide managed to find quieter times to visit.
